There a young man from Dangara and a man from Vakhsh drowned.

Rescuers of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense of Tajikistan are searching for two bodies – a teenager and a man who drowned on June 24, the press center of the CoES of Tajikistan reports.

A 15-year-old resident of the Dangara district drowned in the Nurek reservoir on the eve. He swam with friends and drowned by negligence.

In another case, a 25-year-old resident of the Vakhsh district of the Khatlon region drowned in the derivation channel of the Varzob hydroelectric power station. “There was a fight between him and a 32-year-old resident of Dushanbe, and a resident of Vakhsh, having lost consciousness, fell into the water,” the CoES reports.

The search for the bodies of the drowned on June 24 did not yield results, the search continues
