The State Committee on Investment and State-owned Property Management (GosKomInvest) of Tajikistan and the Korea Smart Human Technology Association (KOSHUMA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation.

According to the GosKomInvest press center, the document that was in Dushanbe on August 18 provides for investment from Korean companies in various investment projects aimed at enhancing the construction, industrial, energy and communications sectors in Tajikistan.

A delegation of Korean entrepreneurs and investors is currently in Tajikistan to discuss cooperation with Tajikistan’s relevant government bodies and companies, the GosKomInvest press center says.

Established by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in April last year, KOSHUMA reportedly has 180 smart city technology companies.  It is reportedly aimed to develop smart human products, ideas, and contents, and to foster smart human technology industries.
