Tajik government has obligated local employers to pay allowances to fly-in/fly-out employees and mobile workers.  

A relevant decree on conditions and procedure of payment and rates of allowances paid to fly-in/fly-out employees and mobile workers was signed by the government on August 27.  

According to the document, the allowances will be paid to fly-in/fly-out employees and mobile workers working in construction, mining, energy and communications sectors as well as in forest and water management industries, prospecting, geological exploration, topographic, cartography and scientific expeditions. 

Recall, wages of employees of federally funded institutions as well pensions and student grants were raised by 15 percent on September 1, 2020.
