Tajik State Youth Theater named after Mahmudjon Vohidov will participate in the 2nd annual theater festival Voices-2020 in the USA, which will be held in New Jersey.

For the first time, the Tajik theater participates in this festival, which will be held from 15 to 25 October, and will be broadcast online, said the deputy director of the theater Sukhrob Janjolov.

«We were sent an invitation to participate in the festival and asked to send them our best performances. We sent several performances and they chose "Dirafshi Kovayoni" (Blacksmith's Banner) based on the work of "Shahname" by Firdavsi ", – said Janjolov.

«Theaters from the USA, Russia, Spain, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Africa, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Uzbekistan also participate in the festival», – the deputy director of the theater said.

Online broadcast of the performance of the Youth Theater will take place on October 25 at 12 o'clock American time (21 o'clock Dushanbe time)
