Whether Tajiks can get through Turkey to Russia is not yet known for sure.

Tajik authorities decide to open regular flights to Istanbul from next week.

«Dushanbe – Istanbul – Dushanbe route will operate two flights per week. Turkish Airlines will fly on Monday, Somon Air will fly on Thursday. The flights will be carried out in compliance with all sanitary and hygienic standards related to the coronavirus pandemic»,- reported at the Civil Aviation Agency.

The source noted that next Thursday, October 8, Somon Air will operate its maiden flight in this direction. At the time of publication, we were unable to find out the details from the Tajik airline.

But the representative of Turkish Airlines said that they have not yet received all the permits for the flight, the details will be clear on Monday.

«If we receive all the permits by Monday, then we will put the flights on schedule. The cost of tickets is still unknown, but they will be on sale», – reported at the office.
