A building materials market has burnt down in the northern district of Bobojon-Ghafourov.

A source at the Interior Ministry says a fire broke out in the Barakat market of building materials, in which many stores of building and finishing materials are located, yesterday evening.

According to him, the fire covered about 850 square meters for building and it was extinguished late at night.

No injured was reported, the source added.

The cause of the fire and the amount of damage are not yet known.
