A 17-year-old resident of Vahdat township has been detained on suspicion of inflicting six stab wounds on a 23-year-old resident of this township.

The Interior Ministry’s official website says the incident took place in the evening of December 20, at around 5:30 pm.

The minor apparently beat the victim and inflicted six stab wounds on him following quarrel, the website noted.

“After the incident, the minor disappeared, while the wounded young man was taken to a hospital,” the Interior Ministry added.
