In connection with situation that has developed in Ukraine, Tajikistan’s diplomatic mission in Kiev has switched to 24/7 operation, the ambassador noted.

“Currently, several thousand Tajiks live in Ukraine on the territory of Ukraine and the Embassy is in constant contact with them.  A 24-hour hotline — +380933361040 – now operates for nationals of Tajikistan,” Ambassador Nazrizoda said.

Regarding the information in social networks about the explosion in Borispol, the ambassador said, “Tajik citizens were not injured in that incident.”
