The Government of Tajikistan instructed to approve the State Program to strengthen the protection of state secrets and technical protection of information in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022-2026.

The corresponding government decree was published on the portal of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the country 30 August.

The Decree instructed to approve the Action Plan for the implementation of the said Program. It is planned to allocate about 15.6 million somoni ($1.5 million) for the implementation of these activities until 2026. These funds will be allocated from the state budget and other sources.

The main goal of preparing this program is explained by the strengthening of the activities of state bodies in the field of protecting classified information and information with restricted access through technical channels.
