MMA fighter Nurullo Aliyev defeated American Josh Wick by technical knockout in the first round in a fight for a contract with the UFC.

This was reported by the «Sport in Tajikistan» group on «VKontakte». The live broadcast was available on the UFC Fight Pass channel.. 

Before entering the octagon, an undefeated fighter from Tajikistan, Nurullo Aliyev (6-0), expressed confidence in his victory on his Instagram page, urged his fans to cheer for Tajikistan and achieved a historic victory, becoming the first Tajik fighter in the UFC organization.

«MMA Herald» reported that after the fight, Nurullo spoke with Dana White and said that he was ready to debut in the UFC in a week.
