The squad of the national team of Tajikistan has been determined for participation in the next World Judo Championship, which will be held from October 6 to October 13 in Tashkent.

The team included Emomali Nurali (up to 66 kg), Behruz Khojazoda and Mukhammadrahim Sarakhonov (up to 73 kg), Shodmon Rizoev and Somon Makhmadbekov (up to 81 kg), Jahongir Majidov and Komronshoh Ustopiriyon (up to 90 kg), -100 kg – Abubakri Akobir ( up to 100 kg), Timur Rakhimov (over 100 kg).

Competitions will be held in 14 weight categories – 7 for men and women, in addition, mixed team competitions will be held on the last day.

The winners and prize-winners of the championship will be awarded in addition to medals and cash prizes.
