Moscow Multifunction Migration Center launches website for employers and potential labor migrants

The Moscow Multifunctional Migration Center has launched a website for employers and foreign nationals wishing to be employed in Moscow and Moscow Oblast, the Minister of the Government of Moscow, the head of the department of economic policy and development of the city, Maria Bagreyeva, was cited as saying on November 18 by the Moscow Mayor’s official website.  

The website has reportedly been launched to offer services on an organized recruitment of labor migrants.  

“With its help, labor migrants can receive online a comprehensive service on employment in Moscow and Moscow Oblast,” Bagreyeva said, noting that the service includes passing an interview for labor migrants and an opportunity for employers to find skilled specialists from among foreign nationals according to their settings.  

The Moscow Multifunctional Migration Center has also launched a mobile application thanks to which migrants can make an appointment at the Center in advance, pay for services on registration of a labor patent and pay it monthly, keeping the history of their payments in their smartphones. 

The Moscow Multifunctional Migration Center provides services such as selecting citizens who want to work in Russia, assessing their professional qualifications, organizing interviews with employers, checking restrictions on entry into the Russian Federation and employment in Russia, advising on staying in Russia taking into account restrictions related to the pandemic, providing information about existing vacancies, etc.
