Decree №980 «On awarding state awards of the Russian Federation» published on December 30 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

«For a great contribution to the development of friendship and cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, award the Order of Honor to Rasulzod Kokhir, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan.

To award the Order of Friendship to Zokirzoda Mahmadtoir Zoir – Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan», – Putin's decree says.

President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan Farhod Rakhimi and Director General of Gazpromneft-Tajikistan Farhod Mirzoev were also awarded the Orders of Friendship.
