The Emergencies Committee under the Government of Tajikistan says the accident took place in the area between the village of Guliston and the administrative center of the district.

The 26-year-old resident of Moskva settlement apparently failed to control his Hyundai and crashed into a tree on the side of the road, Ms. Umeda Yusufi, a spokeswoman for the Emergencies Committee, said.
