Energy efficiency and renewable energy in housing and industry
 

The European Union (EU) allocated a grant to Pamir Energy Company for the “Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Housing and Industry” project to improve the quality of life through electricity provision.

 Within the boundaries of the project, Pamir Energy Company announces a tender for the supply of a vehicle.

 

1.      Pamir Energy invites qualified bidders to submit their sealed bids for the supply of the vehicle.

2.      Interested bidders may obtain further information from Pamir Energy Company, Regional Projects Implementation Unit from November 2nd, 2023 between 9-00 to 17-00 hours Dushanbe time upon submission of request to the below-mentioned addresses.

3.      Bidding will be conducted through the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) procedures in accordance with the procurement policies of the Pamir Energy Company and is open to all bidders.

4.      Sealed bids must be delivered to the addresses below in English or Russian languages no later than November 30th, 2023 14.00 hours Dushanbe time. Bidders shall have the option of submitting their bids via email (scanned copies) to the email addresses below. Late bids will be rejected.  Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 16.00 hours Dushanbe time on November 30th, 2023
