Investment, Technology, and Entrepreneurship Leaders to Converge in Dushanbe

TechXhub of Excellence, ShiraV Studio, and TechnoWoman Central Asia announce the inaugural Female Founders Forum Tajikistan 2026 (3F Forum) — a landmark platform bringing together women leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, technology professionals, and board members from Central Asia, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and beyond.

The Forum will be held on 4–5 June 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Dushanbe, and is set to become one of the region’s premier business events dedicated to the advancement of women’s entrepreneurship, innovation, and investment collaboration.

Over two days, Forum participants will explore access to investment, technology ecosystem development, digital transformation, next-generation leadership, and international partnership. The platform will unite representatives of the public sector, international organizations, business, investors, and company founders to forge new opportunities for collaboration and sustainable growth across Central Asia.

Why it matters

Women are increasingly becoming a driving force in the region’s economic, technological, and innovation landscape. Yet women-led ventures continue to face limited access to financing, institutional barriers, and a scarcity of international platforms for collaboration and knowledge exchange.

The Female Founders Forum Tajikistan 2026 (3F Forum) creates a space for open dialogue between investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders — catalyzing new financing mechanisms, strengthening regional networks, and positioning Central Asia as a growing hub for innovation and women’s leadership.

“Behind every successful project stands a strong community of people united by shared values, ideas, and the determination to build the future. The Female Founders Forum Tajikistan 2026 is a platform where women can find partners, support, investment, and inspiration to grow their initiatives — not only in Tajikistan, but far beyond the region.”

— Zaytuna Saydullaeva, CEO & Co-Founder, TechXhub of Excellence & ShiraV Studio

International speakers and experts

The Forum will feature speakers from investment funds, international organizations, technology companies, and high-growth startups from Tajikistan, Central Asia, the Gulf region, and the United Kingdom. Participants can expect panel discussions, networking sessions, keynote addresses from international experts, and case study presentations spanning investment, technology, AI, digital transformation, and business scaling.
