According to the country's Meteorological Agency, the air temperature in Tajikistan will be higher than the climatic norm by up to 4 degrees Celsius.

According to meteorologists, precipitation in the form of rain and wet snow during the month will also be slightly above the norm, except in the eastern part of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.

According to the Hydro-Meteor Center, the average monthly temperature in the Khatlon region and areas under republican jurisdiction in February will range from +9 to +14 degrees Celsius during the day, reaching up to +19 to +24 degrees on some days. Night temperatures will range from +3 to +8 degrees, and on some nights, it may go up to +13 degrees.

In the foothills, daytime air temperatures will warm up to +9 degrees, occasionally reaching up to +17 degrees.

The amount of precipitation is expected to be within the normal range, sometimes exceeding the climatic norm. On certain days, there is an expectation of strengthening west winds up to 17-22 m/s, with local fog.

In the valleys of the Sughd region, the average air temperature in February is expected to be 1-3 degrees above the climatic norm, ranging up to +11, occasionally reaching +18 degrees. In mountainous areas, nighttime temperatures will drop to -6 to -11 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures will be from -1 to +4 degrees Celsius. Precipitation throughout the month will be within the normal range.

In the western part of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region in February, the average daytime temperature will be up to 7-12 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures will range from -2 to +3 degrees Celsius. Various intensity of precipitation is expected in this region throughout the month. On certain days and in specific areas, wind speeds may increase up to 17-22 meters per second.

In the eastern part of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region in February, some areas are expected to have air temperatures around -10 to -11 degrees Celsius. Daytime temperatures will be up to -7 to -12 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures will drop to -15 to -20 degrees Celsius. Precipitation in this region for the month is expected to be below the norm.
