Tajikistan is taking part in the International Film Festival "LEFF" in Russia. The event takes place from August 23 to 27 in St. Petersburg. Which films by Tajik filmmakers will be presented is stated on the website of the film festival.

London Film Festival (LFF) is an international film festival in Russia and neighboring countries, where viewers will see films from the CIS countries and regions of Russia and get to know the cultural characteristics of the participating countries more closely. In addition, the festival provides an opportunity to create joint film projects.

The festival is taking place for the fifth time. In previous years, it attracted more than 7 thousand viewers.

The Lendoc Film Festival program includes more than 35 full-length and short feature and non-fiction films, as well as student works.

The heads of film studios of the CIS countries, heads of film organizations, cinematographers and producers, representatives of platforms take part. The jury consisted of leading producers and directors.

Among the participating countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

The Lendoc Film Festival is organized by the Lendoc Open Film Studio together with the Autonomous Non-profit Organization Kinokultura with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives and the Committee for Culture of St. Petersburg.

The screenings are free.
