Tajikistan’s Ministry of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Population (MoLMEP) has once again dismissed rumors circulating on social media about compensation payments for workers active between 1990 and 2024.

False claims suggested eligible workers could receive 2,500 somonis, with links provided to check names on a list.

The Ministry clarified that this information is baseless and urged citizens to rely only on official sources.

Reports of similar scams have increased, with perpetrators using fraudulent messages to steal personal data and funds.
