Tajikistan has been awarded with Asia’s best country for natural scenery tourism at Top Asia Corporate Ball 2024

On December 3, 2024, at the Top Asia Corporate Ball 2024, Tajikistan was awarded with the prestigious Asia’s Best Nation for Natural Scenery Tourism Award, according to the Tajik MFA information department.

This award reflects international recognition of Tajikistan's amazing natural landscapes, including the Pamirs and Fann Mountains, alpine lakes like Iskandarkul in Sughd province and Qarakul in the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO).

The tourism community of Malaysia reportedly highlighted Tajikistan’s commitment to sustainable tourism and environmental preservation has positioned it as a premier destination for eco-conscious travelers.

The award was presented to Ardasher Qodiri, Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Malaysia.

The Top 10 of Asia magazine, one of the most prestigious media outlets in Southeast Asia, conducted extensive research, gathering insights from travelers and tourism professionals and came to this conclusion.

This award reportedly testifies to Tajikistan's growing attractiveness as one of the most popular tourist destinations and the country's efforts to promote its natural and cultural heritage on the world stage.
