By November 2024, U.S. authorities had placed 1,445,549 foreign nationals on the deportation list, according to a response from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to a Fox News inquiry.

Fox News notes that the numbers show that there are currently 1,445,549 foreign nationals who are on ICE’s non-detained docket and have final orders of removal as of November 24, 2024.

The non-detained docket includes noncitizens who have final orders of removal or are going through removal proceedings but are not in ICE custody.  There are currently more than 7 million people on that docket, which includes those who are incarcerated by federal, state or local law enforcement but not by ICE.  Those in ICE custody are on the detained docket.

According to ICE data, the largest groups on the deportation list are from: Honduras – 261,651; Guatemala – 253,413; Mexico – 252,044; and El Salvador – 203,822.

Other notable figures reportedly include China – 37,908 and Russia – 3,518

Among Central Asian countries, the highest numbers of deportees are from: Uzbekistan – 975; Kazakhstan – 369; Kyrgyzstan – 319; Tajikistan – 149; and Turkmenistan – 40

Although none of these individuals are currently in detention, final deportation orders have already been issued against them.

On his first day back to the White House, President Donald Trump made migration enforcement a top priority, calling the current situation an “invasion” of migrants.

He declared a national emergency at the U.S.-Mexico border, ordering the military to “seal” the border, and launched large-scale immigration raids across cities and states to identify and remove undocumented migrants.

The U.S. government has now initiated the most extensive deportation operation in the country’s history.

While the White House insists that these measures only target undocumented immigrants and those with criminal records, human rights activists claim that legal immigrants are also being affected.

Tajik nationals in the U.S., many of whom arrived seeking a better future, now avoid going outside, even those with valid documents.

With mass deportations underway, the fear of immigration raids has become a daily reality for thousands.
