CoLeague has introduced a new series of intercorporate tournaments across various disciplines, from esports to chess.  The first tournament, featuring FIFA 25, is currently underway.

Dushanbe has become the stage for one of the most exciting and unique team-building formats — intercorporate competitions.  These tournaments bring together companies from various sectors to compete in sports, esports, and intellectual games.

The inaugural tournament is dedicated to esports, specifically FIFA 25.  Employees from leading companies come together not in meeting rooms, but on a virtual football field.  The goal remains the same: to strengthen team spirit and foster collaboration.

The tournament has already attracted teams from companies such as DC Bank, Humo Lab, Megafon, Accelerate Prosperity, KFC, and DC Sughurta, with the support of the Tajikistan Football Federation.

How the tournament works:

  1. Intra-corporate selection: employees (up to 20 participants) compete in a FIFA tournament held at a special cyber club, Colizeum Premium.  The top four players will represent their company in the final intercorporate tournament.
  2. Final intercorporate stage: the most intense part of the competition begins, as teams fight for the title of the strongest.  A professional SMM team captures the highlights and emotional moments. Match results are displayed on a big screen, and the winner is announced!
  3. Award ceremony: after the final matches, winners and runners-up are honored with trophies and prizes.  A celebratory buffet follows, providing a chance for participants to socialize, share impressions, and build new connections.  The event is covered by the media and shared on social networks, helping companies strengthen their brand image.
  4. Business breakfast: to solidify friendly relations and start new partnerships, CoLeague organizes an informal breakfast with top management from participating companies.  This provides an opportunity to share ideas for future tournaments, meet other business representatives, and forge new connections.

General partner — Russian House in Dushanbe

Russian House in Dushanbe not only supported the CoLeague tournament but also became its general partner.  This partnership is part of a broader mission to develop the esports culture in Tajikistan. Russian House recently opened a new office in Dushanbe, featuring modern spaces for educational programs for children and teenagers, including esports.  Rossotrudnichestvo plans to invite professional coaches and players to share their experience and help young Tajik esports athletes grow and develop.

Upcoming Tournaments

CoLeague is preparing new tournaments not only in other esports disciplines but also in classic sports such as football, volleyball, chess, and more.  The next tournament will be a football competition, but this time participants will meet on an actual field, not a virtual one.

Stay tuned for updates.
