Citizens of Tajikistan are being offered temporary employment opportunities in Qatar with monthly salaries ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 Qatari riyals (approximately $550–$825 USD), along with free accommodation, meals, and medical insurance.

The initiative is part of a joint recruitment campaign launched by the State Agency for Overseas Employment under Tajikistan’s Ministry of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Population, in collaboration with the Qatari company Jusour.

A candidate interview session will be held on Thursday, October 30, at the Agency's headquarters in Dushanbe.

Job requirements:

  • Age between 21 and 45
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Mandatory registration on the Qatari recruitment portal tawzeef.qa

Available positions span several sectors:

  • Transport and Logistics: Bus and taxi drivers, airport staff
  • Automotive Services: Auto mechanics, heavy vehicle and bus technicians, auto painters, and other technical specialists
  • Hospitality and Services: Hotel maids, waiters and waitresses, national cuisine chefs, and related service roles

Wages vary by position:

  • Bus and taxi drivers earn around 2,364 QAR (~$650 USD)
  • Airport employees are paid between 2,546 and 2,910 QAR (~$700–$800 USD)
  • Technical and service staff salaries range from 2,000 to 3,000 QAR (~$550–$825 USD)

In addition to wages, workers receive a 300 QAR (~$82 USD) monthly meal allowance.

The Qatari employer will also provide housing, transport, health and life insurance, as well as an annual 21-day paid vacation after 11 months of continuous work.

Authorities encourage interested candidates to register promptly and prepare for interviews, emphasizing the rare opportunity for safe, legal, and fully supported overseas employment in a Gulf state.
