Authorized fund of close joint stock company should be not less than US$ 50 thousand from January 1

President of Uzbekistan signed the Law about amending the Law “About joint stock companies and protection of stockholders rights” on September 26. The amendments to the Law were adopted by Legislative Chamber on May 21 of this year and approved by Senate on August 28.

According to this law, it is planned to increase the authorized funds of close joint stock companies, improve principle of corporative administration, increase activity and responsibility of stockholders.
