DUSHANBE, June 19, Asia-Plus  – The launch of a Tajik-Indian joint venture, Shabakai Osmoni (Sky Network), and presentation of its services were organized at the Indian Culture Center in the Embassy of India in Dushanbe on June 19. 

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, the Shabakai Osmoni President, Mr. Das Suman Kumar, noted that the company has become the first provider of VSAT services and various solutions relating to access to Internet, video-conferencing, E-governance etc in Tajikistan. 

The company with headquarters in Dushanbe will provide a complete package over a secured network with teleports maintained in Amsterdam.  Technical back up will be provided 24X7 by a team of well-qualified expatriate and local engineers.

Mr. Das Suman Kumar is the president of company and owns 70 percent and Ms. Marziya Qonounova is director and assumes the 30 percent ownership in the company.  

Shabakai Osmoni was registered under banner of Delhi Darbar Holding.  Delhi Darbar LLC has worked in Tajikistan since 1995.
