KHUAJND, June 13, Asia-Plus — This year, 251 school leavers from the northern Sughd province will enter Tajik universities by presidential quota, Rustam Usmonov, the head of the Sughd science and higher education department, said in an interview with Asia-Plus.
According to him, 107 of them will study at universities in Khujand, while others will study in Dushanbe,” Usmonov said, noting that they had received 1,240 applications and competitively selected 251 from among them.
