Dushanbe. 28 August. “Asia Plus” — Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon at today”s governmental session gave specific instructions to the responsible persons to adopt anti-crisis measures, to increase domestic import-substituting production, economical use of the budgetary funds, comprehensive preparation for the new school year and a worthy celebration of the anniversary of the state independence of Tajikistan.
