Adopted on the 9th of December by the lower chamber of the Tajik parliament law “On the founder of peace and harmony – the leader of the nation” entered for consideration in the upper house of parliament of the republic.

As reported a source in the Majlisi Milli of Tajikistan, the Republic senators will consider a law on the fourth session of the upper chamber of the parliament of the fifth convocation, which will be held on December 18th in Dushanbe.

On the session will be also considered the previously adopted amendments to the law “On Combating Terrorism”, “On provision of pensions of military men” and others by the lower house of parliament in Tajikistan.

According to the norms of the law, the nation”s leader, after leaving the presidency of the country also retains the right to appeal to the people of the republic, to participate in the important state events and participate in them.

The law also envisages the creation of an archive, library and museum of the nation`s leader.
