The Prime Minister of the Republic Kohir Rasulzoda, at the head of the governmental commission, which included the heads of relevant ministries and departments, served in Badakhshan today.

The purpose of the visit, on behalf of the President, is to acquaint with the state of the dam of Sarez`s Lake after the earthquake, which occurred on the 7th of December.

The earthquake on Tajikistan`s territory in Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, in 22 km from Sarez Lake occurred on the 7th of December.
