DUSHANBE, April 8, Asia-Plus — the Tajik Embassy in Moscow has opened the primary medical examination center for Tajik labor migrants at Moscow’s Cherkizov market, Asia-Plus has learned from Muhammad Egamzod, press secretary, the Tajik Embassy in Moscow.
According to him, medical workers, who are Tajiks by birth and currently live in Moscow, have accepted the embassy’s proposal and supported an initiative of the Union of Tajiks in Russia to participate in this charitable action aimed at supporting and providing assistance to fellow-countrymen working in Moscow, the press secretary said.
“Physicians Musayabsho Gholibov, Shafokhouja Bobosherov, Abdulato Majidov and Nozimjon Shodiyev will conduct primary medical examination of Tajik labor migrants free of charge,” Egamzod said, noting that the majority of Tajik labor migrants do not have medical insurances, while private medical clinics are very expensive.
By order of the Tajik Ambassador to Russia, Abdulmajid Dostiyev they have begun considering the possibility of opening similar primary medical examination centers in other Russian regions as well.
