DUSHANBE, March 15, Asia-Plus  — A job vacancies fair was held in Dushanbe on March 14.    

According to the Dushanbe Employment Center, five local enterprises participated in the fair and offered more than 2000 vacancies.  1,647 persons were placed in jobs those wanting to change their professions were sent for taking training courses, the source at the center said. 

Representatives from Tajik organization for external labor migration also attended the fair to assist persons seeking seasonal work outside the country.  100 persons were selected for working outside Tajikistan. 

The center intends to hold a series of jab fairs this year.
