DUSHANBE, March 29, 2016, Asia-Plus – Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev yesterday held a meeting to discuss passenger transport and sanitation problems in the city.
Relevant municipal services were reportedly given a month to solve the problems of illegal passenger transport routes and illegal parking.
For the purpose of public security, the mayor also ordered to install doorframe metal detectors at the entrances to the mosques and array security cameras at the mosques.
The doorframe metal detectors and security cameras will be installed at the expense of the mosques, an official source at the Dushanbe mayor’s office said.
According to him, educational and medical facilities, restaurants, as well as domestic service and trading centers were also ordered to install the doorframe metal detectors and security cameras
