DUSHANBE, August 5, 2016, Asia-Plus – The Dushanbe mayor’s office says some neighborhoods of Dushanbe will be left without water on August 10 and 17.   

In connection with repair works to the water supply pipeline along the Gagarin Street in the Ismoili Somoni District the Mehorobod, Hamadoni, Navobodi Bolo, Navobodi Poyon, Buni Hisorak, Luchobi Bolo, Luchobi Poyon, Qazoqon, Hayoti Nav, Muhandis, Zarafshon-1, and Zarafshon-2 areas as well as Ispechak-1, Ispechak-2, Ispechak-3, 82nd, 91st, 92nd, 101st, 102nd, and 112nd neighborhoods  will not have water from 8:00 am of August 10 to 8:00 am of August 11.

Firouz, Varzob-GES, S. Ghani and H. Hakimzoda streets as well as government hospital, Hospital #5, Tajik Medical University and China’ Embassy in Dushanbe will not have water from 8:00 am of August 17 to 8:00 am of August 18.

State Unitary Enterprise (SUE) Dushanbe Vodokanal (municipal waterworks) is ordered to use water carrying trucks to provide residents of the mentioned areas with safe drinking water.
