DUSHANBE, February 14, Asia-Plus  — The Dushanbe mayor’s office has established a commission for holding a tender for building facilities in the city this year, construction of which is funded from the city budget.  

Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the capital mayor, said mayor had issues obligating to create necessary conditions for attracting additional funds in construction of those facilities and expanding number of participants of construction and provide equal opportunities to them.  

The main construction directorate is to prepare all necessary documents for holding the tender and provide transparency of the tender, the spokesman said.
