A 29-year-old resident of Rudaki district was detained by police on suspicion of stealing about 100 heads of cattle. He committed theft for five years – from 2010 to 2015. The cattle-stealer was detained on the 4th of September, 2016, reports the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan.

The report notes that from 2010 to 2015 the suspect stole 30 heads of cattle, one horse and 60 heads of small cattle from the pastures of Sabzazor village of Rudaki district. All livestock belonged to a 47-year-old resident of Dushanbe, the alleged offender caused damage totaling 125 thousand somoni.

In May 2011 the suspect stole from the same pasture three cows belonging to a 54-year-old resident of Rudaki district. The sum of damage amounted to 16 thousand somoni.
