DUSHANBE, February 8, Asia-Plus — Muhammad Ghoib, formerly director of Tajikistan’s film studio Tojikfilm, has been appointed the program director of Tajik national TV channel Shabakai Avval (Channel 1), according to the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting.
Yesterday, Asadullo Rahmonov, the head of the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting, introduced Muhammad Ghoib to the Shabakai Avval staff.
We will recall that the previous Shabakai Avval program director Sadriddin Shamsuddinov was appointed to head the national news agency Khovar.
