Tajikistan extradited to Russia a Russian citizen Denis Khisamov, who was previously transferred by the Turkish authorities to Dushanbe. He was detained in Turkey on a forged passport of a Tajik citizen, and in this connection, the Turkish side extradited him to Tajikistan. Told AP at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

After almost a month's detention in the Tajik remand center, law enforcement agencies of Tajikistan handed Denis Khisamov to Russian colleagues.

34-year-old native of Krasnodar, Russian citizen Denis Khisamov in May 2015, obtained somewhere a fake passport of a Tajik citizen and flew with it to Turkey. Then, having entered to the Islamic State (ISIS) banned in Russia, "took an active part in the fighting in Iraq and Syria".

In the spring of this year, the alleged gunman was returning to Russia, where he planned to "commit a crime," but was detained by Turkish border guards who questioned the authenticity of the passport: the Turkish side sent him to Tajikistan.
