The center of Dushanbe will be closed for traffic for eight hours on December 31.  

According to information posted on the Interior Ministry’s website, the center for Dushanbe will be closed for traffic on December 31 from 16:00 to 24:00 in connection with the main New Year’s festivities that will take place at Dousti Square in Dushanbe from 20:00 to 22:00.

A New Year’s show program with participation of well-known Tajik pop stars will take place at Dousti Square in the night of December 31.
