DUSHANBE, November 12, Asia-Plus – Tajik Ambassador to Tehran on Saturday called for utilization of Iran”s valuable experiences in the area of press activities.

Talking to IRNA in Tehran on the sidelines of the 14th Press and News Agencies Fair, Ramazon Mirzoyev said since the Iranian press and media are more developed than those of Tajikistan, Dushanbe should make use of Iran”s experiences in that field.

He added that the current press fair has provided a good opportunity for other countries to become familiar with the Iranian press and media and the way of dissemination of news and

information in the Islamic Republic.

Tajikistan and Iran have signed several agreements according to which Tajik journalists would be trained in Iran, the ambassador added.

The 14th Press and News Agencies Fair was inaugurated in Tehran and it will last till November 22.
