DUSHANBE, September 27, Asia-Plus — Beginning on October 1, new rates of communal services to maintain housing facilities will be introduced in Dushanbe.    

Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor said that the capital mayor yesterday signed an appropriate resolution on this subject in connection with change of expenditures on maintaining housing facilities.  

Monthly payment for maintenance  of sanitary state of residential buildings is set at the rate of 0.0422 somoni (including VAT) per one square meter  monthly payment for electricity in porches is set at the rate of 0.0042 somoni per one square meter, expenses on maintaining management of housing facilities are set at the rate of 0.0110 somoni, expenses on maintaining engineering and communication networks inside the residential buildings will cost 0.0128 somoni, and maintaining and serving refuse collection will cost 0.081 somoni per month.  

Besides, garbage disposal for residential buildings having refuse chutes will cost 0.081 somoni per each square of total floor per month, for residential buildings without refuse chutes it will cost 0.0702 somoni and for private  houses it will cost 0.66 somoni.
