The head of the main financial department of Khatlon region Bakhtiyor Davlatzoda confirmed to “AP” that in some areas of the region there is such a problem.
«The main problem with non-payment of vacation pay is in the district of Abdurahmoni Jomi. In this area, this is due to the non-fulfillment of the revenue side of the local budget. Since the beginning of the year, the district budget has not received about 5 million somoni. There is also a partial problem with non-payment of vacation pay in Shakhritus, Pyanj and other districts», – said Davlatzoda.
Bakhtiyor Nazarzoda noted that the budgets of some regions receive subventions from the republican budget.
«In addition to the Abdurahmoni Jomi district, the rest of the districts will receive their vacation pay today or tomorrow. With the region of Abdurahmoni Jomi, the question remains open so far. We are trying to find solutions to this problem», – said Nazarzoda.
