Tajikistan and Kuwait signed bilateral documents that play an important role in the development of relations between the two states, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan reports.

The documents were signed following the third meeting of the joint intergovernmental commission of Tajikistan and Kuwait on economic, trade and scientific and technical cooperation, which was held on September 19-22.

The parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Tajik-Kuwaiti aviation services, which will allow the launch of regular flights between the capitals of the two states, and a Protocol on amendments and additions to the agreement on the prevention of double taxation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the State of Kuwait.
