As part of the official visit of the head of the upper chamber of the Majlisi Oli of Tajikistan, the Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali to China today, August 22, a ceremony of signing documents on cooperation between the private sector of the two countries took place.

The total amount of signed documents amounted to more than $ 400 million, the press service of the Majlisi Milli reports.

In particular, a $50 million Framework Agreement was signed between Tajik OJSC “Azot” and “Runjong” Holding Group of China on modernization and bringing up to 180 thousand tons per year of carbamide production at this enterprise.

Also, a framework agreement worth $300 million was signed between LLC “Asia Chemical” and “Runjong” Holding Group on the construction of a new carbamide production facility in Tajikistan with a capacity of 300 thousand tons per year.

The amount of the Memorandum between LLC “Avesto Group” and “Jinchuen” Company of China on the organization, creation and management of a joint venture for the production of electric vehicles in Tajikistan with a production capacity of 1,500 vehicles per year is $25 million.

Another $26 million is the amount of a Memorandum between LLC “Marmari” and “Tajong Enterprise Management Consulting Co. Ltd.” on the establishment of a joint venture for the construction and operation of a logistics center in Tajikistan.
