Date:

Accor, a world leading hospitality group, has announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the representative office of construction and investment company JSC "Dallmark LTD" to open a new Swissôtel on Roudaki Avenue in Dushanbe, Hospitalitynet (HN) reported on December 11.

The official signing ceremony, which took place at Safo Dushanbe Hotel, was reportedly attended by Mr. Hamzaali Fazilov, Director of the Representative Office of JSC "Dallmark Ltd" in Tajikistan, and Mr. Alexis Delaroff, Chief Operating Officer of Accor New East Europe.

Swissôtel in Dushanbe became Accor's first project signed in Tajikistan.  The new premium hotel will offer traditional Swiss hospitality combined with local charm, impeccable service, refined gastronomy and exquisite wellness experiences.

HN says travelers and locals in different countries appreciate Swissôtel hotels for the convenient location, proximity to world-famous attractions and the opportunity to fully enjoy the destination.  The hotels under this Swiss brand reportedly remain true to their values, providing guests with authentic and outstanding service, creating a truly unforgettable stay.

The new Swissôtel in Dushanbe will be located in a spacious area in Tajikistan’s capital, Dushanbe.  The hotel will occupy a new 18-story building on the main street of Dushanbe, Roudaki Avenue.  Swissôtel Dushanbe will offer guests 243 spacious and comfortable rooms, including a presidential suite and cozy apartments, equipped with facilities for long stays.

The hotel will offer a wide range of services to meet the guests' expectations, including a big SPA center and a modern fitness center, as well as a convertible indoor swimming pool with a terrace and sunbeds. The infrastructure will feature two restaurants, a Swiss café, a rooftop cocktail bar and an exclusive lounge with a cigar club on the top floor.  Several spacious conference rooms and a ballroom will be provided for corporate and social events.  Guests will also enjoy 24-hour room service and two-story underground parking.

Due to its unique location in the heart of the capital, Swissôtel in Dushanbe will provide a perfect starting point for exploring Dushanbe's attractions, according to HN.  The Botanical Garden with more than 8,000 species and varieties of plants from various regions as well as the Sari Osiyo Friday Cathedral Mosque, designed to accommodate 2,000 worshippers, are located within walking distance from the project. The transfer from the hotel to the international airport will take around 25 minutes by taxi.
