Hospitalia International and Siemens to develop projects of clinics for all regions of Turkmenistan

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov invited German companies Hospitalia International and Siemens to develop projects on construction of multipurpose clinics in all regions of Turkmenistan and fitting them with medical equipment as well as to train medical staff for these clinics.

The president of Turkmenistan made this proposal at a meeting in Ashgabat on 11 November with the director of Hospitalia International, Carl Vilent, and the regional representative of Siemens, Abidin Gulamzaynul.

“The German representatives were quite enthusiastic about the Turkmen president”s proposal. The guests thanked Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the offer to participate in large-scale programmes of development in Turkmenistan,” the Turkmen State News Agency (TDH) said.

It should be recalled that Siemens and Hospitalia International provided all modern clinics and diagnostic centres of Turkmenistan with medical equipment. New medical oncology and head and neck centres will be soon inaugurated in Ashgabat. These centres will also have medical equipment supplied by leading German producers.
