An official opening of the representative office of the U.S.-based company was held in


Dushanbe


on April 27.  

Sherali Najmuddinov, director of the “SoftLine-Tajikistan” office, has told Asia-Plus that the company “SoftLine” specialized in distribution of software systems, training and consulting has been working in the field of information technologies since 1993.  

“The company is one of leading distributors of a broad spectrum of software systems in Russia and the CIS states,” Mr. Najmuddinov, adding that SoftLine is to date authorized partner of Microsoft, Novell, Oracle, Borland, Symantec, Corel, VERITAS, Macromedia, “Kaspersky Laboratory” and many other companies.

latest software products directly to corporate clients and through partnership network.  Potential partners for the “SoftLine-Tajikistan” office may be juridical entities having 50 and more computers and several servers, Mr. Najmuddinov noted.     

According to him, a turnover of company last year amounted to US$44.95 million and by 2010 the company intends to bring its overall turnover up to US$300 million a year.
