International fintech holding OSON, operating in Tajikistan under the EasyPay brand, has announced the launch of its B2B platform, OSON Business, in the country. The new solution allows banks and payment organizations to connect to international financial infrastructure through a single API.

This marks the first phase of OSON’s strategic entry into Tajikistan. Rather than competing directly for end users, the company is focusing on a partnership model aimed at strengthening the digital ecosystem of local banks.

Platform as a Service (PaaS)

OSON Business offers a PaaS model that addresses key challenges of digitalization — complexity, time, and cost of integrations. Instead of signing separate contracts and connecting to dozens of APIs, banks gain access to thousands of services through a single technical connector.

The platform offers two strategic functions:

1. Payment hub with over 2,000 services

OSON Business integrates a wide range of services directly into a bank’s mobile app, including:

·         International digital platforms (Google Play, Steam, PUBG, Apple, PlayStation),

·         Foreign mobile operators and ISPs,

·         Subscriptions, content, and online services.

This helps banks keep customers within their own app, boosting loyalty and creating new commission-based revenue streams.

2. Gateway for cross-border transfers

The platform enables access to ready-made infrastructure for P2P money transfers between Tajikistan and other Central Asian countries — Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. Banks can quickly launch new remittance corridors without building their own infrastructure or correspondent networks.

“We’re starting in Tajikistan with foundational infrastructure. Our goal is to be a technology partner for banks and payment institutions,” said OSON CEO and founder Farhod Mahmoudov.
“In cities like Dushanbe and Khujand, we see rapid digital transformation. Through OSON Business, we provide local players with technology, expertise, and global content, helping them scale faster. It's a win-win strategy: the market grows, and customers get modern services today.”

Technological resilience and reliability

The OSON Business platform is already operational in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, handling millions of transactions each month. For Tajikistan, this means:

·         Fast and stable payment processing,

·         24/7 technical support,

·         Compliance with regional regulations,

·         Strong and reliable infrastructure.

About the company

OSON is an international fintech holding founded in 2016. It operates in five countries, serving over 2.8 million users, and develops infrastructure for e-money, digital services, remittances, terminal networks, and API solutions.

In Tajikistan, OSON is entering the market under the EasyPay brand, starting with the rollout of OSON Business — a platform designed to integrate the national financial system into a unified regional network.
