Now it can be done online.

The Tax Committee under the Government of Tajikistan reports that starting April 10, 2026, the registration of dehqon (peasant) farms in Tajikistan has been simplified — it can now be done via a mobile application.

Farmers no longer need to personally visit government agencies. It is enough to install the “Andozi Man” application and register online.

The Tax Committee notes that this will help save time, reduce bureaucracy, and simplify business operations for agricultural producers. It is expected that more people will be able to officially register their activities, which will positively impact the development of agriculture.

For any inquiries, you can contact the call center at number 151 or the helpline: 233-09-05.

The “Andozi Man” mobile application is a convenient service from the Tax Committee of Tajikistan, allowing citizens to receive tax services online. Through the application, one can independently register as an individual entrepreneur without visiting tax authorities. Users can also check their tax information and access other electronic services.

The application is available for smartphones on Android and iOS, making it accessible to most users.
