DUSHANBE, December 1, 2009, Asia-Plus –The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered amendments to the country’s law on refugees at a December 1 meeting, presided over by its speaker, Saydullo Khairulloyev.
Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said that the board also considered changes and addenda to the laws on environmental expertise, joint stock companies as well as the administrative code.
Some of these issues will be considered at the next sitting of the sixth session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the third convocation, the spokesman said.
