DUSHANBE, November 17, 2009, Asia-Plus  — Minister of Education, Abdujabbor Rahmonov, told a news conference in Dushanbe on November 16 that rumors that he has allegedly been relieved of his post of Minister of Education and appointed Tajik Ambassador to Turkey do not correspondent to the facts.

“These rumors have been spread by some journalists,” Rahmonov said, noting that reporters could cover more important issues related to the education sector.  “Journalists should adhere to professional ethics when preparing materials,” the minister added.
